Are we in the last days?
"In the last days, God says,
I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
your young men will see visions,
your old men will dream dreams.
18 Even on my servants, both men and women,
I will pour out my Spirit in those days,
and they will prophesy."

Acts 2
What dreams are you dreaming? :) Many have had dreams lately that the end might be near. It's quite possible. So get ready for some crazy stuff man..... :)
First there will be a world wide famine and a massive killing of Christians, per the seals talked about in Revelations.
And then the anti-Christ will be revealed.
I think we still have some time. Hopefully. :)
Here is what Jesus would say to America today.....
"Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent."
Rev. 3:17-19
That is exactly what every American says. We have our garages packed with stuff. We have way more stuff then we know what to do with. So we think we are in need of nothing. But what did Jesus say, "What good is it to gain the whold world but loose your soul."
But corporate America is all about getting more and more and more. What else can I acquire? What will finally make me happy?
Why don't people realize that no material thing will every make them really happy. Only God alone will fill the hole inside. Nothing we buy or do or money we make will ever fully satisfy us. Solomon says, "Whoever loves money never has money enough."
It is never enough isn't it? People always want just a little bit more. Why not just be content with what we already have?
I have always wondered what Jesus means by gold here. Does he mean literal gold or is it figurative for salvation? We are to store up our treasures in heaven, not on earth. So it is probably our own salvation that he is referring to. Peter likens our faith to gold.
1 Peter 1:7 says, "That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ."
The white garmet to cover shame might refer to the fact that Christians in American are very much polluted by the world via TV, non Christian friends, and compromises at work or in relationships. Jesus wants us to be sanctified, to live holy, set apart lives and draw near to Him. We are to be conformed to his image as best as we can meaning we are to be pure in every way we can. Amen.
He also talks about seeing and I think this is because people here in the states are without excuse. Christianity is everywhere. They just need to have eyes to see but many do not want to.
May God open people's eyes all over America and the world to the truth, to Him, to the fact that they need to be saved. Amen?
Grace and peace to you. :)
