 Keep up with the Jones'

But they aren't happy I say

They are depressed all day

People run and chase and want 

But are never satisfied, the taunt 

Of Satan says get more, do more

But in the end you feel sore 

"Does it profit you

If you gain all but lose your soul"

Satan puts people in a boxing ring 

What good does fighting bring

He loves the drama a lot 

But why risk getting shot

You punch and hit with speech

Maybe demons on you leech 

They suck the good out of you

But let God make you all new

Get the demons out of you 

And be at peace

Jesus really died for you 

Do you believe that is true?

He didn't have to die 

He never told a lie 

But jealousy beat him down

Till he wore a thorny crown

They didn't respect him at all

Pride is before a fall

Always respect his sacrifice 

And kill off any evil vice

Holy Spirit

 Holy Spirit you are my guiding light

Everything you tell me is always right 

I never feel alone because you are here 

You bring comfort and great cheer 

I know you watch over me 

You protect me from the enemy 

How can I say thank you 

For all you've done for me 

I will always love you 

We are best friends eternally 

Holy Spirit you take me to the sky 

You empower me and help me be less shy

I cannot explain all the adventures we had 

All I know is you help me stay glad 

Thank you for keeping me strong

 They whipped and beat our lamb

They only had evil plans 

Jealousy is why he died 

While his loving followers cried 

All the demons spied 

Would all faith get denied? 

It looked like the end but no

In 3 days Jesus did show 

The whole world a victory 

In empty crosses we all see 

Jesus made a glorious comeback

Or stay inside and be a bore 

Some backyard chore 

Could get done

To get outside and live

Every day you make me smile 

I am on a non stop dial 

Up to God for advice 

I don't ever want a vice 

To make me not be with you 

If I ever was away I'd be blue 

I never want to spend an hour 

Away from you, a bit sour 

I would feel if we had time away

 When alone we have more peace 

The drama finally will cease 

Take time to talk to God to see 

What else you need to be 

We think we know the way to go

But take a time out, go slow

Be careful, don't stand too tall 

Maybe you want to see new things

Much emotion it could bring
