Happiness

A lie from Satan: "I deserve to be happy." 

That is not in the Bible.  That is a lie from Satan. 

Jesus said he came to give us life, but how do we get that life? 

"You can't be happy while trying to be happy."  The more you chase it, the more it eludes you.

God said, "If you do well, you will be happy."

Happiness is the by product of doing good.  Discipline makes you happy in the long run, not doing what you think will make you happy right now. 

"When you reach out and take whatever you want it may destroy you." 

If you eat whatever you want, trying to be happy, it will only make you feel more miserable.  In trying to make yourself happy you cannot be happy.  We are not happy until we discipline ourselves and have self-control.  Amen?  Amen :)
