Bored or Relaxing

 Most of life is either boring or stressful. Have you noticed? I used to hate being bored. Now I totally love it. I have learned to love silence and not knowing what to do all day. Most people smoke or do drugs or drink when they are bored because they cannot handle being bored. The trick to a great life is learning to be totally ok with being bored. 

Most of America is terrified to be bored. We write long to do lists and cram our schedule with retarded things to do. We are going and going non stop. We keep the TV or music on 24/7 to hide from our own minds. We are afraid of what might enter our mind if we just relax. This is why times of rest are crucial though. You need to learn to be comfortable with yourself. Be your own best friend. Stop being afraid of yourself. Why are you afraid of yourself? Is it your thoughts or emotions or desires that you fear the most? Accept yourself for who you are. There is nothing wrong with you. You are a child of God, if you are. 😉 The more you learn to love who you are, the more you become ok with time by yourself. 

Love yourself. Or at least like yourself. Your life will go better if you can learn this.
