Routine

 Our daily routine becomes our comfort zone and our new addictions. Try to bring good addictions into your daily routine. It takes 30 days to develop a habit. You do what you want to do, but you also do what becomes familiar. Your constant habit becomes what you always want to do. If you want to break a bad habit, just start doing something else. When you fill your day with good and happy things, there is no longer room for bad things.
