Depression is constipated emotions. It happens when we feel So much but we don't express it. Our tongue is tied. The depression is really anger at yourself that you are too cowardly to say what you feel or what you want to have happen. So you mull over it. You let the thoughts and feelings stew in your heart. It burns inside, but you keep it hidden. It eats at you from the inside out.
Why not just let it out? Say it. Express what your inner most desires are. Some people might not care, but other people will or could. Whatever you need to say, just spit it out. Stop sitting on your feelings as though you are sitting on your hands. What do you wish for? What do you want? Then say it. Stop being afraid. That fear might cause the very thing you are afraid of. Maybe you fear you might loose someone if you say the wrong thing. But you saying nothing could cause you to loose them even more. Then you are mad they don't care what you want. But how can they care what you want if you never tell them?
