I am tired of you trying to mess up my life

I will keep shinning for Jesus

No matter what you do to me

You can't shut me up

You can't stop me with fear

You can't quiet me with depression

I will take you down as much as I can

For as long as I can

I resent what you did to every person

I have ever been close to

But you won't get to me

You can't mess up my head and spirit

You can't touch this

I am protected by God's Holy Spirit

I will press on
