Tongues

The more you love someone

The more you want to have fun

So you kiss with your tongue

 

The more you love God

The more you are willing to pray in tongues 

The gift of tongues can be really great

It can be like a spiritual steak

For your walk with God 

It was not meant to be a show 

We all know that God will know 

If it is real and genuine or not 

It was meant to make you feel closer to God 

Mothers talk baby talk with their babies 

To show more love 

God wanted us to talk in a new way 

To show more love to him 

It doesn't need to be public or loud

That so often makes people proud 

It is supposed to be just you and God

 

If you want to feel closer to God 

Be open to speaking in tongues 

It is nothing to be afraid of
