Prosperity

"Prosperity: A Blessing or a Curse 

The most powerful spiritual invasion the devil will ever see is a Church that's aware of the right they have to prosper.  (Amen)

 

Poverty is not God's creation. It's part of the curse and designed to destroy. (Yes it is :(

 

Christians are blessed and empowered to prosper in every area of life, and must renew their mind with the Word of God, and what it says about prosperity.  (Amen)

 God promised you spiritual and natural prosperity (Genesis 13:2)

 1. God wants you to have a surplus in every area of your life (Deuteronomy 28:1-14)....

 2. The key to prosperity is obedience to ways of God. (Amen, cause and effect, if we do what God says he can prosper us. :)

  a) Obedience is the key to the blessing.

  b) Disobedience blocks the blessing.

   i) Strife, un-forgiveness, and disobedience will hinder the supernatural power of God from working for you.

 3. Obedience will cause the blessing to overtake you.

  a) The curse is broken by obeying God's Word.

 4. Spiritual principles alone will not cause prosperity; you must live according to God's Word or spiritual principles will not work.

 5. There are two types of prosperity:

  a) One type from Satan and one type from the Word of God.

   i. There is prosperity that comes from the wicked; however, wicked means are not the only means to prosperity.

 6. God gives you the power to get wealth so He can establish His covenant (Deuteronomy 8:18)."

 

(Amen this is very well said.  I totally agree!  Granted evil men prosper and get rich like those in the media etc. but God wants to bless us with prosperity as well.  There is a verse about him not letting his children go hungry.  Therefore he will meet our needs.  There are rewards for following God and obeying what he says, and one blessing is yes, financial prosperity.  God is good!)
