How to Be Less Stressed

 Turn your TV volume down to half the volume. 

Cover all your windows with thick curtains. It can be nice to have one uncovered window to look out when you want to. 

Eat when you are hungry. Sleep or lay down when you are tired. 

Hug your pets. 

Have together time but also let yourself have alone time. 

Follow a schedule every day. 

Drink less caffeine. 

Eat more meat and cheese. 

Eat and drink healthy things. 

Have your groceries delivered. 

Forget about cuddling if it hurts your body to cuddle. 

Stretch every day. 

Dance to Bieber's music sometimes. 

Pray more. 

Don't look at your phone all day.

Go to bed early. 

Don't commit any sins. 

Don't gossip about others. 

Write about things you worry about. 

Take more baths.

Save some money every week.
