Frozen

 I think the title kind of gives away what this movie is about. When someone's heart is frozen, they can't let others in. They are scared of getting hurt or of hurting others. They are frozen in fear due to their past. Elsa hurt Anna with her powers, so she is scared to go out. She is scared of herself. At first she thought her powers were great. She had fun with her powers, and it was wonderful. Then she realized they could cause harm, and she became scared of her own powers. 

That is like any of us who have a gift. There is the possibility for great good or great harm. We have to control it. I tend to have the gift of gab, which is why I write, but my writing and talking have hurt a few people in my past. I could stop talking and stop writing, but that would be silly. Just because a thing we do can cause harm, that doesn't mean we should stop doing it. Just learn to control it. Learn to use it only for good. 

"All things in moderation. Don't be mastered by anything, Pride comes before a fall. Look out not only for your own interests but also for the interests of others. There remains faith, hope and love but the greatest of these is love. Love is patient and kind. It does not envy or boast. It is not self seeking or rude. It keeps no record of wrongs."

With any power, it should be used for good and never evil. The more mature we get, the better we get at only using it for good.
