Don't Control Others

The more you try to control someone and tell them what to do, generally the more they will just want to do the opposite, and the more they will slip through your fingers.  No one likes to be controlled. It's always true that when you feel you have lost control, you become controlling.  But who says you need to have total control of anyone?  That is only God's job. No matter what someone's relationship is to you, you don't own them.  Only God owns them. Amen.

People are the happiest when they have the freedom to do what they want to do.  That might mean falling on their face from time to time.  But let them fall.  They might learn their lesson. But mainly they will enjoy being allowed to be free. :)  That's why God lets us be free.

In Psychology there is a mental sickness called co-dependency.  It is the person paired up with an addict.  The addict has some addiction, which really everyone has some addiction, and then the co-dependent tries to Lord it over the addict and tell them what to do.  Their addiction is control and pride.

Dictators are always hated, not loved. You have to give people freedom. :) Always remember that. God bless ya'll. :)
