I have always loved the expression, get busy living or get busy dying. Most of the world, whether they realize it or not, is busy trying to kill themselves. That is why people drink or smoke or do drugs or eat unhealthy etc. I am finally succeeding in quitting smoking. Instead of smoking a cigarette two times a day, now I go ride my bike two times a day. It is a much better use of my time and my body. Most smokers just smoke to get outside, but hey go ride a bike instead. That is a much better way to get outside, and way more entertaining. :)
A lot of what people eat is killing them and they don't even realize it. If you eat high amounts of salt, it can lead to a heart attack faster. If you eat too much sugar, you can get diabetes. You will also be in a grumpy mood more often, because of the sugar roller coaster you put yourself on. Eat mainly oatmeal, fruit and chicken and you will feel better.
Lastly, the amount of stress you cause yourself could be giving you more health issues. "So far as it depends on you, live at peace with all people." Stress can kill you just as quickly as eating unhealthy or never getting exercise can. Stay in peace. Be slow to anger. If you are mad about something, journal or pray about it, and then you will feel better.
