Furniture Con Artists

It’s amazing that furniture stores are able to stay open and it’s amazing that they can still rip people off SO much. 😠 Anyone could get a Queen bed on Amazon for only $150. A basic bed frame for $60 and a basic mattress for $85. But people spend over 1k for beds at furniture stores and make payments for months and get charged tons of interest! It makes me so mad so many get ripped off for furniture. And you can even get a table and 4 chairs on Amazon for $100. But it’s not the furniture stores that are all at fault, it’s also our desire to impress others with expensive furniture. God help America. :)

Strong Willed Children

Regarding Spanking

This is funny :)  a quote from a book I'm reading "The Strong Willed Child" by Dr. James Dobson:

(lol amen to that.  Like my 4 year old has never liked hugs or cuddling much but my 2 year old loves hugs. :) "Some kids can be crushed with nothing more than a stern look; others seem to require strong and even painful disciplinary measures to make a vivid impression.  This difference usually results from the degree to which a child needs adult approval and acceptance."  yep.

Like the kids who seem like they are already adults when they are still kids, those are the ones who need more discipline. I have seen that a few times in my 16 years of various jobs with kids. Those are the kids who will probably grow up and run for president or something lol.  They think when they are kids that they can already run the show lol.  But they need to reminded a lot that they are not running the show, you, the adult, are. :)  And that's the whole point of discipline really, to remind kids that you are in charge, not them. :)

Poor America

America is so backwards; the people that appear to be the most rich are actually the most poor because they are in so much debt. 

But I think all of us who are in debt are in denial about how bad the interest is on our house loans and car loans and student loans. But if we really thought about all the thousands of dollars banks make off people who take out loans it would be very depressing. 

So we all choose to stick our heads in the sand about it, be in denial and not think about it. :( But it really is crazy. 

Ah those banker con artists. 😞 The amount of interest they charge is insane. 🙁

Online Dating and pof.com

Any of you who are single out there who don’t want to be, definitely try pof.com 🤗 It’s free yay! Going on there 5 years ago was seriously the BEST thing I ever did for myself in my life! Just going on there and searching for good guys. Because I met my super awesome husband Ben that way! 

And ladies let me tell you how great Ben is; he works 12 hour days and in 5 years he has not called out sick one day from work, even if he was really sick. Wow right! 😁 Talk about an amazing guy. :) Go Ben! 

And to all you men, that’s the number one thing women are looking for, a guy who is willing to work hard for your family. 👍🏼❤️

And all you ladies could find a great hard working guy like that too online. Just have faith and believe. 🤗 

When I was searching I knew I wanted a guy that was the same sign as me, because that tends to work out well for whatever reason. :) And I knew for sure I wanted a Christian. 

Before trying pof.com I just dated random guys who crossed my path but they usually, almost always, were bad boys. :( But praise God I tried hard to find a good guy online. 

And the dates I went on with guys before I met ben were simple like just lunch, but I would know right away if we didn’t click. 

And also you can tell if the guy is good or not after just one phone conversation I think. 😁👍🏼 If all of you singles do try it, good luck! 🤗 And stay in faith! :) There really are some really, really great guys out there 😁 yay :)

Provide for Your Children

Many people do not provide well enough for their kids these days. Very few parents save for their child’s college etc. And that is sad.

The reason America is trillions of dollars in debt is mainly because we all like to spend too much money on things that probably aren’t needed, but also because parents don’t save to provide things for their kids. So then their kids have to take out massive student loans for college and car loans and house loans and furniture loans. :(

I love how in the movie “My Big Fat Greek” Wedding the dad gives his daughter keys to a new house at their wedding. My goal is to be able to do that for my daughters someday.

Parents and grandparents should be helping kids out with giving them a used car and saving for their college and possibly even owning multiple houses so they can give a half paid off house to their kid or grandkid. And then maybe our great nation wouldn’t have so much debt because less loans would be needed. :)

Eat Fruit!

Most people know the saying “an apple a day keeps the doctor away,” and any kind of fruit most likely. I really believe that statement. But I have always found it so odd that no one I know, besides me, eats fruit. Why don’t we do things that we know are good for us? Why don’t people have faith in fruit to heal us or keep us from getting sick? I certainly do. I have always eaten tons of apples and bananas and grapes my whole life. Even when people I know suffer in pain with constipation, they still don’t eat fruit. Hm...how to get people to eat fruit hm....lol well at least I’m training my 4 year old well and she loves apples, grapes and bananas just as much as me yay! 🤗👍🏼

Compassion International

If you want to give a tithe but don’t want to give to a corporate country club, normally called “church,” consider giving to the organization Compassion International. They help give food and clothing to the poorest of the poor. God does command us to give, not to a church building, but rather to the poor. Give to Compassion International and the verse in Malachi 3 will apply to you and God will bless you. 👍🏼🤗👏🏼 God bless! 

Restaurants

Restaurants are more like church then church is. Why? Because there is no racism in restaurants. Anyone can come in. Nothing is expected of those who come in. They don't have to look a certain way. All people are loved and treated well no matter who they are.

Also there are no hierarchies. I think it's the hierarchies in church that prevent so much love and fellowship. Those in leadership are prideful that they are and those who aren't leaders might be insecure or depressed that they aren't some kind of leader in the church.

In restaurants people fellowship more than in church. People bond and have great conversations. Everyone's voice matters in restaurants at their own little table discussions.

Restaurants really are Churches more than churches are churches. :(
