Doctors

Doctors are willing to kill and brutally murder millions of cute and fully alive unborn fetus babies; you don't think they are willing to kill you too? Just for the sake of getting more money? They don't care about you. They care about money. Money is their idol and god, not God.

On Vaccines and Drugs

I'm pretty anti vaccinations and always have been. I really think they are the number ONE cause of what they call "SIDS" or "Sudden Infant Death Syndrome." Yeah it's SUDDEN because it's usually right after a baby just got vaccinated by an overly naïve parent who believed all the doctors lies that they are safe and they inadvertently killed their own child by letting doctors inject them with tons of crazy stuff.
And that's my stance on vaccines, and it probably always will be.
That feeling pretty much goes for any pill or shot from any doctor, including flu shots. It's all just for money. Flu shots don't prevent you from getting the flu; sometimes they can actually cause a flu. Also, there are over 5,000 DNA strands of the flu virus, which most don't realize. How on earth can they vaccinate you against all of them? They can't. But they say they can and most people believe them because they don't know better.
For the most part, doctors are over paid charlatans or medical con-artists trying to make tons of money off of you. And they do, all the time. All vaccines and all flu shots and other shots are marketed highly and vigorously to the entire America public, and the world probably, just to make more money, because money is ultimately all they care about. Money is what they worship. Money is their god, not God.
In regards to vaccines, if I have to homeschool my kids because schools now won't let unvaccinated kids in then so be it. So much for America being a free country. :(
Vaccines are evil. Medications are evil.
And most things that doctors do to innocent and overly trusting people are evil too, like giving them surgeries that only mess up their bodies more, way, way more than they were before.
Stop letting doctors treat you all like a lab rat people! Stand up for yourselves! You can tell the doctor "NO! I want to protect my body." You DON'T have to let them mess up your body. Protect yourself. You are the temple of the Holy Spirit and God said, "If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy that person; for God's temple is sacred, and you together are that temple." 1 Cor. 3:17 I refer to doctors in this verse, not you yourselves. But don't let them destroy your temple of the Holy Spirit either.
Think about this. Doctors are willing to kill and brutally murder millions of cute and fully alive unborn fetus babies; you don't think they are willing to kill you too? Just for the sake of getting more money? They don't care about you. They care about money.
This may sound overly harsh, but most doctors have probably sold their soul to Satan and are helping him fulfill his mission to destroy and conquer the human race. Satan hates us. He wants to kill us. And he is largely using doctors to accomplish that goal. Slowly killing and crippling the human race one pill at a time, one surgery at a time, one vaccine at a time, and one abortion at a time.
Some doctors are just deceived and aren't to blame as much, but some know exactly what they are doing and still keep doing it, just to get more money. They know all the ways that drugs adversely affect people, and yet they still prescribe them, because most just don't really care about people. They only pretend to care. But they don't really care.
This may sound silly, but any commercial on TV about any medication always drives me up a wall. They are all full of subliminal messaging. They are basically trying to get the whole world to become druggies and make them think it's totally normal to take drugs. Here's what these commercials and evil pharmaceutical people are indirectly saying to you, "Everyone is doing it? So you should too. Right? Look at all these people. This pill makes them all so happy! And it can make you happy too." But no, that's wrong. That's not the truth. Beer commercials do the same thing and we all know drinking too much beer leads to cirrhosis of the liver.
What did your parents used to tell you? If a bunch of people jumped off a cliff does that mean you should too? No. If you want to be smart, you need to be different, and educated. And you need to pray for wisdom, A LOT. Because those in charge in this world try to make people dumb, partly so that they can control people easier, but God wants you to be "as wise as serpents but as innocent as doves." They try to make people dumb and mesmerized with TV, sports, mindless movies, endless fiction books, video games etc. so that they will not think about spiritual things. Satan wants us to focus on the world rather than God, and he succeeds all the time. And Satan wants to keep us occupied with trivial stupid things so that we will not witness and share the gospel like we should be doing all time.
And now, back to the topic of drugs.
What happened to the DARE teachings in school of "Dare To Keep Kids Off Drugs?" But then now we give them loads and loads of ADD medication and anti depressants, and then we wonder what's wrong with our kids? What went wrong with them? Why aren't they performing better in school? Why do they have social problems and anxiety and depression? Well, you pumped them full of drugs and turned them into a drug addict for life. THAT'S what went wrong with them. It's a problem that you as the parent created. Their friends aren't the ones to blame. Their friends weren't the one who first introduced them to drugs. YOU DID.
Or you can not do that and be a better parent and not put your kids on drugs from an early age. That would be the wisest thing to do. :)
Doctors are simply glorified and highly over paid drug dealers. And we trust them why? They take all our money, ruin our bodies and probably laugh at us behind closed doors for being so stupid.
One interesting thing I read is that a lot of doctors won't even give their own children the vaccinations that they give thousands of other children. Why? Because they know how damaging the vaccines can be on a tiny human body. They have seen the negative side effects over and over again, but they are probably paid to keep their mouth shut by the mafia drug lords at the top of the medicine totem pole.
Medicine and doctors can do great good, in the case of a broken arm for example, but they can do great, great evil as well. So be cautious. Not all doctors have your best interest in mind. Their eyes see dollar signs when they see you, not a person. For most of them at least.
Don't be gullible. DON'T trust everything a doctor says. And don't let them shove pills down your throat or shoot you up with toxic substances that you know nothing about. Ask questions. Grow in wisdom. Don't get deceived too easily.
Doctors are NOT God. God is God alone. Go with what the Holy Spirit tells you in your heart and soul, not what doctors tell you. Pray for wisdom on anything and everything, daily, hourly etc.
And here is a great quote from a brilliant article! "There is almost ZERO risk that a healthy, unvaccinated child exposed to measles will be killed by measles. Even in the heavily propagandized Disneyland outbreak, not a single child died. Some got the measles, built their own immune system antibodies, and recovered naturally." Amen. Very interesting indeed.
Take care ya'll and thank you for reading.
I'm sure this article will make a lot of people mad, but sometimes we won't change things unless we get mad. And sometimes getting mad is good because it helps to take the blinders off that we put on ourselves so often. It's good if you get mad. Use that energy to take action! Write your own article about how doctors have somewhat ruined your life. Start a blog. Write a book and self-publish it on Amazon.com for free. Let your voice be heard. Freedom of the press is great! Don't let the giants at the top silence you. Be like David and conquer the giants, in any way you can. Speak out and speak truth. May God bless you all!

To MOPS Moms :)

I plan to give packets to the MOPS moms at my church tomorrow woohoo!  I'm so excited. :)  Here's my note to them. :)

"Hello and Greetings! Happy almost Valentine's Day to you! I know it's hard, as a mom, getting woken up every hour or two hours. (For the newer moms.) I feel your pain. :( One verse that I always like to remember is "Whatever you have done unto the least of these, you have done unto me." So every time we serve our kids in any way, it is like we are serving Jesus. Amen! And with my second child now I like to think how I will have two kids to help me when someday I will barely be able to walk around lol. :) We will reap what we sow, in time. Praise God! "Do not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time, you will reap a harvest!" God bless!

To the Orphanage Staff

I'm making packets for the staff at an orphanage by me as well.  Here is my note to encourage them. :)

Hello and Greetings! Happy almost Valentine's Day to you! Hope you like the bracelet etc. Thank you! For all you do for the children there! My grandma grew up in an orphanage actually and she went on to do lots of amazing things for God. There was a woman in charge, that they called a matron back then, that encouraged her every day. She told her that she was special and that God had something for her to do that nobody else could do. That alone, her belief in her, caused her to go from being a bad kid to an amazing kid. So always remember your words of encouragement to the kids can make a huge difference! Amen. May God bless you in everything you do! :)

To Orphanage Kids

My note to the kids at the orphanage that I will take packets too next yay!

"Hello and Greetings! Happy almost Valentine's Day to you! I just want to encourage you that God loves you VERY much and He has a great plan for your life. Also never forget that God is always with you, no matter where you go. Two of my favorite verses when I was younger were Jeremiah 29:11, "I know the plans I have for you' declares the Lord, 'Plans to prosper you, not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future." And 1 Timothy 4:12, "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for all believers in speech, conduct, love, faith and in purity." Amen. May God bless you in school and with your friends, and may you succeed in all that you do. God bless!

On Expectations and Happiness

If you're expectations are way too high about everything in life, you will never be happy. A humble person doesn't have expectations; they are happy with whatever they receive. Spoiled people are way too picky and almost impossible to please. Stay humble. Never let yourself get spoiled.

If someone refuses to be happy it's no one else's fault but their own. Some people will never be happy about anything, so you just have to let them be miserable and give up trying to make them happy. Ultimately you can't make them happy; they have to decide to be happy on their own, with what they already have. Happiness is a decision. It can't be forced on anyone. Everyone either chooses it or doesn't choose it. Another term for happiness is contentment. If you can never be content, you will never be happy.

Shine for Jesus

"Let your light shine before men that they may see your good deeds and glorify your father who is in heaven."
I have been making something that I call "Jesus packets" for the last year or so. They are a Bible tract with a bracelet that I make wrapped as a present or in a goody bag along with some candy and cookies or a brownie that I make. "Just a spoon full of sugar makes the medicine go down" is a funny motto I have about them. Someone may not receive the gospel well by just reading a Bible tract or having one handed to them, but if the tract and the gospel comes with lots of fun stuff, it might be easier to take. Also people don't care what we know until they know that we care. Hopefully when people see that I put a lot of time and effort into my Jesus packets, it will make them realize how much God loves them and doesn't just want to condemn them. Hopefully they will see that someone cares. Hopefully it will change the way they see Christians and might make them want to become one.
So far I have delivered them in Austin, TX to about 200 houses, 6 nursing homes, one church's staff, a pregnancy outreach center to prevent abortion, a children's home and a homeless outreach a couple times. And last Christmas I delivered my packets to about 5 apt complexes and about 500 other people by putting them next to people's car doors all over Odessa, TX. Yay God! Praise God for Him enabling me to do all that and may people's hearts be changed toward God as a result of all my hard work. In Jesus' name amen. :)
And here's some interesting things about my packets, in all that I only got one e-mail complaint about me trying to "force my religion on them," actually only one email saying thank you, and one thank you card signed by a nursing home's staff. So if you are doing something for God and never get a thank you from anyone, keep going and keep doing good. Keep sharing the gospel no matter what. Because you are working unto God, not man. Amen! "Do not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time you will reap a harvest." Which will most likely be in heaven. Jesus said, "Store up for yourselves treasure in heaven where moth and rust do not destroy." Amen. Invest in others. Reach the lost. Show God's love to as many people as you can.  Go be like Billy Graham and Mother Theresa. :)
There were two over the top amazing things that made me leap for joy that happened: I got be on the Odessa news about my Jesus packets And the company Scripture Candy just recently sent me about 2,000 free pieces of candy to use in my Jesus packets. All glory to God! How cool is that?! I never would have imagined that making the packets would get me on the news, or that I would get so much free stuff for them. It was just something I felt God telling me to do. I just was thinking one day over a year ago, "If I wasn't Christian, what would make me possibly want to become one? What would someone have to do or give me etc. that might melt my heart and make me change my mind? What thing or words might convince me that God really does love me if I didn't already know that?" And thus the idea of my Jesus packets was born and began. :)
May God inspire you as well to do something great to bring glory to His name and possibly share the gospel, and something that will give your life meaning and significance as much as my Jesus packets have given that to me. Maybe you can make some Jesus packets too; for orphanage kids, nursing homes, homeless people etc. You can put a Bible tract in them or just type a note of encouragement for them.
Thank you for reading. :) May God bless you!

God's Laws Lead to Life

"When your judgments (God) are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness." Is. 26:9

This is the verse of the day on my phone Bible app, and it stood out to me, so I decided to write about it.

The thoughts dawned on me after reading this, that people who don't believe in God actually don't believe in WISDOM, because God is wisdom and His Word and His laws are wisdom.

Also, people who don't believe in God actually don't because they hate self-control and self-discipline. Typically people that are rebellious to their parents are then also rebellious with God.

That is why it is so important for parents to make their kids listen to them and obey them, so that they will also obey God someday. Kids should fear their parents a little, so that they will later fear God. "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom." Because fear leads to obedience, and it is very important that we obey God, because God's laws lead to life.

Often times people say God is a big kill joy. They think that God is like some Catholic priests who tell people not to have any fun because all fun is sin. But that is not what God is like and that is not what God says. God wants us to have fun. God wants us to be happy. THAT is why he tell us NOT to sin. Because any sin has consequences and punishment associated with it.

You may get away with something for awhile, but ultimately, we all have to face consequences for our sins. We ALWAYS reap what we sow; it is only a matter of time before we do.

Sin always leads to death, of some kind, but God's laws and guidance and His wisdom leads to life, always!

Jesus said, "I came that they might have life and life abundantly." How do we get that abundant life though? By following God's laws and submitting to Him, because he knows what is best for us, because He created us. Amen.

I was discussing this concept with my husband the other day and said that maybe people don't fear God much anymore these days because God seems to let a lot of people get away with murder. But does he? It seems like he does. But maybe he actually doesn't.

Romans 1:27 says, "Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error." This is the current state of a lot of America actually. This verse refers to homosexuality and the punishment or penalty of AIDS or other sexually transmitted diseases.

So when people get consumed with lust, they do face consequences. We tend to disassociate STD's with God, but that is actually God's judgment being enacted on someone for sexual sins. Sin leads to death. Homosexuality is sin, and it leads to all kinds of health problems etc. That is not just a medical phenomena; it is God's divine retribution for sin.

Also we all know that alcoholism leads to cirrhosis of the liver and many other serious health issues. That is God's judgment on the one who loves alcohol way too much. It is also just that we will sow whatever we reap.

But alcohol can be good. Proverbs 31:7 actually says, "Give strong drink to him who is perishing, and wine to him whose life is bitter. Let him drink and forget his poverty and remember his trouble no more." So alcohol was actually given to us as a way to forget about our troubles for a bit. But to become obsessed with it, and to never want to come back to reality, is what leads to sin.

Many other things can fit into this category actually, like even reading too much or watching TV too much. Reading, TV and video games can all be an escape from reality just as much a drinking can. And if someone never wants to come back to what is and stop escaping via reading, TV or video games, that can also be a sin. All things should be done in moderation and we are not to be mastered by any one thing. Amen.

Over eating and being gluttonous leads to diabetes and possibly an early death. And it leads to all kinds of other health issues. Anyone who does not realize this lacks wisdom. God calls us to be masters over our stomach and over food, not let food or greed or sin master us. Amen.

Psalm 91:16 says, "He will call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honor him. With a long life I will satisfy him And let him see My salvation." If you want to see a long life, and enjoy your kids and grandkids as long as possible, FOLLOW God's laws. Sin leads to death, but God and His word leads to a long life. Amen.

The truth is the opposite of what Satan is telling you. Sin does not lead to your ultimate happiness, God's laws lead to your ultimate happiness and a long and great life. But you have to learn to discipline yourself and submit to God.

Hebrews 12:11 says, "No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it."

Sin is a lack of discipline, in any area of life. But wisdom causes us to know that discipline is good, because it leads to life.

Killing the flesh is good. Dying to ourselves and dying to sin is good. It might be painful for a time, but in the end it "produces a harvest of righteousness and peace" and every possible good thing in your life. Amen. :)

Discipline over our eating habits leads to good health and less doctor visits. Discipline over our flesh and lust leads to a long and happy marriage. Discipline over our desire to be lazy leads to wealth and prosperity. And discipline over our emotions and anger leads to better relationships where people love you and will never hate you.

God is not letting people get away with murder, so we need to have a healthy fear of the Lord and a healthy fear of sin and it's consequences. People dive into sin because they have no fear of the possible consequences, but they really, really need to.

Do people who commit adultery realize that it will probably kill their marriage? No, most do not, for whatever reason. Because they seriously lack wisdom. That is why they don't realize that even seemingly harmless flirting with another man or woman can lead to a divorce from their spouse. Affairs can by physical but they can also just be emotional. And all sin leads to death. Affairs almost always lead to the death of a marriage.

That is why this verse in Isaiah says, "When thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitant of the world will learn righteousness." When we see the ramifications for sin, we realize what righteousness is and why it's so IMPORTANT. We realize what not to do by seeing how other people suffer due to their choosing to sin.

Following God is not about never having any fun. Sin is what leads to no fun. Cancer is no fun. STD's are no fun. Diabetes is no fun. Having your marriage die is no fun.

But Satan whispers in our ears that whatever sin you are tempted with will lead to fun and your ultimate happiness. But that is a serious LIE, and you have to come to see that, for your own benefit, and the benefit of everyone around you. Because when you sin, it affects everyone else around you, whether you want it to or not.

Sin always leads to death. Just think about it, whenever you eat too much junk food, do you feel good or bad?

That is the easiest example. Whenever guys look at porn, they feel very guilty and dirty about it. Even if they won't admit it others, they know that's how it makes them feel.

Any addiction leads to someone feeling terrible about themselves; shopping too much, eating too much, lusting too much etc.

God gives us good things and they are good as long as we don't overuse them. Everything should be used in moderation.

Sex is good; it leads to the further bonding of a husband and wife and a happier marriage. But when it is overused and sex is wanted too much it leads to addictions, bondages to sin and people feeling miserable. And yes married people can have a sexual addiction to sex too that may not be ok. Everything in moderation. If sex is keeping a couple from ever really talking to each other, then it may have become an addiction.

People wreck any happiness they could have ever had in life with sexual addictions. They can mess up their marriages, their children, their careers etc.

Eating is also good of course. Food is fuel for our bodies. But if we eat to much, it will most likely cause us to die way prematurely. It can lead to many other health reasons to visit a doctor and therefore, lots of medical bills etc.

Feeling good about ourselves is also good, but too much of that leads to vanity, pride and treating others like dirt. So stay humble, always, and people will like you a lot better.

Anger over being disrespected by another can be good; it is how we protect ourselves from being abused by abusive people. But too much anger can ruin a person's entire life. If you are constantly angry, no one will want to be around you and you could loose any job you get and any relationship you are in due to a bad temper.

Wanting things is ok, but when we want too much it leads to envy. God wants us to have good things, but in the right time and for the right reasons. If we can't be patient and wait for something then our impatience can lead us into sin, like stealing etc.

Wanting to earn money to support your family is also good, but too much of a desire for money can lead to greed and loving money and "the love of money is the root of all evil."

Relaxing is good, because God tells us to rest, but too much rest can become sloth, which leads to poverty and ruining relationships due to one's own selfishness.

All things in moderation are good, but as Paul says, we are not to be mastered by anything. Once we are mastered, we are mastered by sin rather than by God. To love any created thing more than the creator is what sin is. We can enjoy things, but we should not love things on this earth too much. Because "if anyone loves the world, the love of the Father in not in him." Amen.

Thank you for reading and may God bless you all! :)

Spiritual Wrestling

Spiritual Wrestling

"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." Eph. 6:12

It's interesting that the King James version of this verse says wrestle. That has kind of a different feel to it then saying that we battle. When we think of a battle, we think of a group or community doing war against another group, but the word wrestle is much more individual.

Spiritual warfare really is an individual wrestling, and it's all in our minds. One example is any time you try to do good for others, Satan will try to tell you that it's not really making a difference. No one really cares. That is why Paul tells us to "not grow weary in doing good." Amen.

Any time we try to do anything for God, Satan will come against us in our own minds. Any time we think about reading our Bible or praying, Satan will discourage us or try to occupy all our time so we think that we don't have time for God. B.U.S.Y. can stand for "burried under Satan's yoke." Yep.

But also think of the term he uses, "principlaties." A principality is a state ruled by a prince. In Daniel there is reference to the "Prince of Persia." This was a fallen angel, or a demon, that was in charge of a specific region of the world. Satan has his demons set up like chess pieces all over the world, and they are constantly watching us and thinking of ways to defeat us or lead us into sin etc.

It helps to have a little attitude when it comes to Satan and his demons, I think. My song for them is "Can't Touch This." :) But if you are lazy or too "nice" or too passive, you can make an easy prey for them. But if you are fiesty, that makes things more difficult for them. Just like a lion will leave a prey that puts up a fight and go for an easier prey, so they will leave you and go after people who are more easy to conquer. That is why Paul says before this that we need to put on spiritual armor, because we can gaurd against Satan and his attacks. We just have to remember how, and do it.

Our greatest weapons against Satan are truth, righteousness, faith, peace, the Holy Spirit, the Bible and our salvation. If we know the truth, Satan will not be able to deceive us, as he very often tries to. If we have faith, he will not be able to discourage us. If we have peace, he will not be able to make us angry all the time. If we let ourselves be led by the Holy Spirit, we will not be led by our own flesh and sin, which can open doors for Satan. If we know the Bible well, Satan will not be able to tell us something is in the Bible that isn't, which he does a lot as well. And if we know that we are saved and God loves us, Satan won't be able to convince us that we aren't saved and that God doesn't love us. Amen!

Another thing to note about this verse is that it says, "We wrestle NOT against flesh and blood." We often think that our battle is against other people, but what this verse is implying is that any time someone attacks you, that is because Satan is causing them to. Therefore, get mad at Satan, not the other person. It is their flesh, but it is Satan or demons telling that person to follow their flesh rather than God's spirit. So whenever someone lashes out at you, know that in that moment they are being attacked by Satan in their mind, and have compassion on them rather than wanting to lash out back at them. If you can see every attack as Satan inspired then it will help you to not get mad at the other person. Get mad at Satan. He is the only real enemy you have, not other people. Amen.

I hope all that has helped you and given you a new perspective on things and life. May God bless you all with more and more wisdom as you seek to follow Him. Amen. God bless!

On Giving

On Giving

I used to be in the habit of writing a little devotional every day, for myself and others, based on the verse of the day on my phone Bible app. I'll try to pick up that habit again and hopefully my writing will bless and build up some of you. :) The verse for today is:
Luke 6:38, "Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."

Ironically just about every sermon lately on TBN has been about giving. I have been watching a lot of TBN lately. Of course that could be because they need money and they are encouraging people to give to support their TV station, which is understandable given how expensive it is to run it, but the application for me is in the Jesus packets that I make.

I have recently decided to use our tithe money for my Jesus packets, to get fun and beneficial things to put them, like bookmarks with Bible verses on them. What better way for a tithe to be used than to help spread the gospel? No better way I think.

I have always been a bit anti tithing at church because I don't believe tithe money should go to buy bigger speakers etc. But to each his own on where they want to give money. Giving to TBN would probably be a worthy cause, but also making packets to share the gospel more effectively is too.

But it's funny that this is the verse for today. When I write about giving, all that is to say, I don't necessarily mean to your church. And you can give whatever you want; your time, talents, clothes or other things etc. It doesn't have to be money that you give, and it doesn't have to be pastors that you always give to.

Biblically we are supposed to be giving to the poor. There is a verse that says, "If you shut your ears to the poor, then you too will cry out and not be heard." There is a great ministry that I am now aware of in downtown Austin called "Street Youth." It is bascially just one guy that ministers to homeless teens downtown. I think my packets will mainly be going to that ministry now.

But there are other ministries that you can give to that minister to the poor. Any orphanage would be great to give to; food, clothes, money etc. Any ministry to homeless would be great or to single mothers etc.

Our number one calling as Christians is to care for the poor, not ourselves. When we give to our churches, we are actually caring for ourselves. Why? Because they use a lot of the money to make your church experience more comfortable and more entertaining for you. But why not give to the poor? Why not give to those who can't give anything back to us? Why don't we as Christians do that anymore?

It's no wonder the world doesn't believe us when we say we are Christians, because we aren't doing what Jesus told us to do, for the most part. We aren't caring for the poor very much at all. That is sad.

I used to have a strong desire to make PB and J sandwiches and drive around where homeless people hang out and give them away. But of course then I might worry about my safety, which is probably why most Christians don't do much things like that for the poor. We think if we give away anything they will ask us for everything. But you can always make things and have others give them away, or give to those who are giving to them etc.

But this principle is very interesting, that however much we give to others is how much we will get back. But of course his should not be our motive for giving. We do not give to get. That would be selfish, and that would defeat the whole purpose for WHY God tells us to give. God tells us to pick up our cross daily, lay down our lives, kill our flesh etc. Giving is one of the best ways that we can practically to that. As long as we cling tightly to our stuff, our money, our time, our talents, our resources, we will not reap anything. We will not be given back to because we not giving anything away. "Give and it will be given to you." We think in keeping things, we will have more, but the opposite is true. The more you give away, the more you have. Why? Because the more generous you are, the more God will bless you. Amen.

The way God works is always the complete opposite of the way the world works. Remember that. So give in order to have. Don't hoard things. Give anything you can, whenever you can, and God will bless you. Amen.

God bless!

Greetings!

May God bless you all! If you are new to my blog, welcome!  I have tons and tons that you can read on here. lol  I have been writing on this blog for the past 3 years on all kinds of topics.

Feel free to add me or follow me on Facebook. Lisa Bedrick and I'm listed here in Austin, TX.

Also I have self published books on Amazon.com. You can just search "Lisa Bedrick books."

I like to make something I like to call "Jesus Packets" with most of my free time.  If you feel God is leading you to make some Jesus packets as well I hope you do! I put a Bible tract in each one. You can find a lot of different kinds on Amazon.com to choose from.

I usually put some kind of candy in it. Scripture Candy is super cool because the wrapper of each piece has a Bible verse on it. I love that!

And I like putting in a pencil, bookmark with Bible verses on them, fish shaped erasers etc.

I might start making braclets again with the word Hope or Belive to put in them. But feel free to put in them whatever you want.

"People don't care what you know until they know that you care." Giving a Bible tract along with fresh baked cookies or other fun things shows people/kids that you care about them. Amen. Praise God.

Take the packets you make to nursing homes, orphanages, pass them out to kids after they get out of school etc. Care for orphans and widows as the Bible says in any way you can, that is religion that God our father loves and will bless. Amen.

May God bless you as you seek to follow Him!  Take care all!

To TBN

 "Dear TBN Team,

I saw David Jeremiah today asking people to give so TBN can stay in business.  I felt God speaking to me that I should give and I still might, but I just wanted to say, probably a lot more Christians would be willing to give if people like Kenneth Copeland were not aired anymore.  I love love Joyce Meyer, love Joel Osteen etc.  Most of your speakers are great, but the ones who tell crazy stories or focus on tongues too much etc. might limit how much most Christians will want to give. God bless!"

Life Online

It's funny how much of our lives can be online now.  We can shop online, for fun stuff and even groceries.  You can buy everything except milk, veggies and fruit on Amazon.com.  Church can be online.  People can date online now.  And our get together times and parties are essentially online parties now.  Back in the day you had to go to a party to find out what everyone has been up to; now you just look at your news feed on Facebook. lol So funny. :)  Such a great day that we live in I think.  Praise God for how easy life is now.  But then it's ironic that even though life is so much easier than it used to be, so many people are depressed.  I can't figure that out but oh well.

Steve Harvey and T.D. Jakes

I'm watching Steve Harvey and T.D. Jakes on the Praise the Lord show on TBN.  Yay for Steve Harvey hosting a TBN show! :) Harvey asked Jakes "Why don't men go to church more?  Why are most churches mostly women?" Jakes is saying one reason is that the men don't want to become more vulnerable in admitting that they need to grow. He says how Paul said he was not there yet, but that can be hard to say.  Amen.  Very true.

Also Jakes said generally men don't like all the emotional times in church as much as women do.  They need something more tangible and challenging; something that's applicable to their lives.  Amen.  I can understand that.

These are two very great men of God.  Harvey said Jakes is by far the best preacher he has ever heard. :) Most people don't know that Steve Harvey is Christian but he is.  His testimony is really amazing too.  So cool! :)

Orphanage Packets Note

What I will start putting in my packets as a note of encouragement to the children in the orphanages here in Austin yay! :)

"Hello and Greetings!  Happy belated Christmas to you!

I hope you had a great holiday time.  Hope you enjoy this packet.  It was made with love. :) God loves you and so do I!  I can understand what you might be going through.  I know what it's like to have a difficult parent.  I just want to encourage you that things will get better, and there is light at the end of the tunnel.  My grandma grew up in an orphanage actually, but she went on to go to a great Christian college, marry a wonderful man, and they have been married for 65 years now!  She was a teacher and did a lot for children, people and the community, and she was always an amazing witness for Jesus.  That could be you someday too!  Just stay in faith and always hope and believe that good things are in your future.  God said, "For I know the plans that I have for you; plans to prosper you, not to harm you.  Plans to give you a hope and a future."  Amen!  If you are on Facebook, feel free to friend me; Lisa Bedrick in Austin, TX.  May God bless you in school with your grades and your friends!  And always remember that you are loved.  God LOVES you more than you will ever know!  Take care and may God bless you!  :)"

TBN Letter

I felt led to give TBN some feedback.  Here's what I wrote to them....

To Matt and Laurie Crouch,

Hello Matt and Laurie and the TBN team! I am so glad you guys are having Beth Moore on TBN now! Praise God! But is there any way she can be on every day and someone like Kenneth Copeland can just be on one day a week? Matt Crouch, perhaps your dad had some loyalties to Kenneth Copeland but he is crazy. You can just see it in his eyes. He looks completely insane. And the things he talks about are nuts like people running like mad all over in his meetings. I just think he really gives us Christians a bad name.

Just wanted to give you some of my background. I went to Biola University. I lived in the OC for 19 years, went to Tustin High. Now I live in Texas. I currently write in a blog a lot about Christian things...http://www.orangecountyangel.blogspot.com I have self published books on Amazon. I would love to be on your show sometime but I don't know if that would be possible. I have a friend that works there in the tech dept.  May God bless you all!

Dear reader,

If you want to put in your two cents to TBN, especially about people like Kenneth Copeland, PLEASE email them via this website. :) If lots of people say something it will be harder to ignore I think.

http://www.tbn.org/contact/contact-form

I'm sure I'll have more emails for them in the future. :)  They might respond to letters in the mail more so you can try that.

Lots of Packet Making

I have made about 40 Jesus packets every day over the last 20 days so I've made about 800 so far yay! And that means I've baked about 80 cookies every day lol yay gold star for me! My next goal is to take them to every orphanage in Austin. The schools are a bit inaccessible unless we physically pass them out to the kids when they get out of school.  But I think I will wait for warmer weather to do that.

There are about 10 orphanages in Austin, TX. Ben drove some to one today so there's 9 left. No one needs to be cheered up more, and to feel God's love more, than kids in an orphanage for sure. :)
That's partly me just bragging lol and partly me wanting to encourage all ya'll.  If I did it you can too!  Amen.  :)  Of course it's easier to make packets if you are a stay at home mom or retired, but everyone has a little extra time every day.  And almost everyone has the desire to make a difference in the world. Anyways, consider making some packets yourself.

May God bless you all! :)

Notes from TBN Sermons

I am very much enjoying watching TBN almost 24/7 now.  I don't agree with every speaker/pastor on there, but with most of them I do.  Praise God for the speakers that are good on TBN.

Here are some of my notes from sermons I've heard over the last couple days:

3 Questions to ask yourself regarding if something is God's will for you or not....

1. Will this thing draw me closer to God or not?
2. Will this fuel my passion or steal my passion?
3. Will this help me grow in faith or not?

On another note...

"In life we need to always have just an appropriate amount of food, drink, recreation and rest." (all things in moderation)
-from the Westminster confession, regarding the command to not murder.  We can murder ourselves if we eat too much, drink too much, or don't get any recreation or rest.  Amen.

Quotes from Joyce Meyer today:

"You need wisdom or you'll loose the miracle you got and get another problem." lol yep!

"If you don't take care of you, who's going to."

"God didn't call us to be busy but to be fruitful."

Amen Joyce Meyer :)

"I didn't realize how selfish I was, until I got married. And then I didn't realize how lazy I was, until I had kids." lol yep! indeed! Amen to both. :)

-from an olympic athlete swimmer guest on the Matthew Hagee TBN show today

On Being Radical for God

I'm trying to do a day fast and fasting is somewhat painful; my stomach hurts, but it's not nearly as painful as food poisoning. I literally got food poisoning 5 times in the last month. Once from pizza, twice from some mayo, once from Chinese food and this morning from cereal, which was so odd. I'm sure it's all just Satan trying to stop me in regards to my Jesus packet thing but it's not gonna work woot! Can't stop me Satan. My favorite song for Satan is "can't touch this." Lol

But yeah when we do more for God, Satan comes against us more but oh well.  It doesn't mean we shouldn't be radical and do more for God just because it makes Satan mad.

I had a revelation of sorts a few days ago, that maybe one reason more Christians aren't more radical for God is because they are more afraid of Satan than they are of God. If God gets mad at us we might rationalize that it won't be that bad because he is gracious, but if Satan is mad at us and hates us who knows what could happen right?

It is quite ironic that right after I made and distributed about 1,000 packets last Christmas, and I was on the news about it, literally right after that we were tormented with some odd bug situation for the next 9 months. Why did God let Satan attack us like that? I have no idea, but it royally sucked. I told my hubby if I was suicidal the bug thing could have pushed me over the edge for sure. People have killed themselves over situations like that, when you can't sleep because something is literally biting you about every few seconds. It drove me crazy. I had to wash sheets constantly and mop and vacuum tons. But God knows how much we can handle. I don't know why he lets us suffer sometimes but he does.

Suffering can perfect our character and make us more humble. Maybe God didn't want me to get a big head about all I was doing for him and so he allowed the bugs to torment me. Who knows, but praise God that season has passed finally. Thank God for the winter. :)

But think about that, do you fear Satan more than God and that's why you aren't more radical for God? Maybe you are radical for God, but very few are and I have always wondered why so few are.

But may God give you the courage to be radical for him this week.  Amen! God bless! :)

On Miracles

(from a pastor on TBN)

"There is a big difference between miracles and black magic. A miracle is not necessarily from God, like with the men with Pharaoh. The message always trumps the miracle. If someone performs a miracle but they are teaching things that are unbiblical, forget the miracle and forget the miracle worker. It is irrelevant. Even if a miracle helps people, it still might not be from God. Miracles still happen but they are very rare. They were meant to authenticate Jesus originally. But God still want to be glorified and miracles glorify God. " Amen. :)

Praying for Jesus Packets

Well I only made it 16 hours in my fast.  Oh well lol.  My objective was mainly to make my prayers more effective about my Jesus packets and that doors will be opened for me to take them into schools, here in Georgetown and then all over Austin and Texas eventually who knows.  Yay!  Very exciting.  Either the administration can let me take them in a box to be left in the office or the library for kids to pick up, or Ben and I will go hand them out to kids when they get out of school.

85% of Americans commit their life to Christ before they are age 14.  And generally if they don't by then, the odds of them becoming Christian are very small.  Therefore, I think we will start with Junior High school students, because that is the major turning point in life where kids start down one path that leads to life or a path that leads to death.  I know that from experience.  That is when kids start making their own choices and finding their way in life.  The habits they start in junior high will stick with them most likely and shape the rest of their lives.

It will probably be a pretty fast thing, especially since it's so cold lol.  We can just say "Hey happy holidays" and give them a packet.  And hopefully the packets make a difference in a lot of kid's lives.  woot!  Feel free to try something like that too in schools near you. :)

I'm very excited to hand them out.  I just ordered bookmarks that have inspiration Bible verses on them, Christian pencils that say "God loves you" etc, bracelets with similar sayings and Scripture candy where each wrapper has a Bible verse on it.  In each packet I also have my peanut butter cookies and a tract titled "Who made it" about the fact that God made the Universe, NOT evolution, which will be great for kids since most kids love science.  Also it's quite important that they don't believe the lie they get fed of evolution in text books in school, because that will shape their entire life view.

Some theories say that the Holocaust was thanks to Hitler's avid interest and belief in evolution.  He then thought human beings had no value if we came from monkeys and had no problem killing millions of Jews and others.  Hence evolution is quite evil and leads to a lot of evil.  So the fact that God created the world and not evolution is the BIGGEST thing that kids need to hear and know for sure these days.  The future of America depends on children growing up into model citizens that believe in God and treat others with love and respect.  Amen.

May God inspire you as well to help shape our future generations of America into God-loving and God-respecting and other respecting youth.  You can make a difference!  You can't do everything, but you can do something.  Amen.

May God bless you all!

Why Fasting is Important

A speaker on TBN was talking about everyone going on a 21 day fast. That seems a bit crazy to me lol. Yes Jesus fasted 40 days but he was Jesus. But I can handle at least one day of fasting. :) So until 3pm tomorrow I will fast and only drink water. Feel free to join me if you want.

One time the disciples couldn't cast a spirit out and Jesus told them it would only come out with fasting and prayer, so sometimes fasting is needed to accomplish greater things.

If you decide to fast also, have something you are asking God for if/when you fast. Fasting makes your prayers more effective, because it humbles and purifies you and "the prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective." Amen!

Fasting is also a huge act of surrender. It's saying to God "my only true need is you, not food.  You can satisfy me more than food can. You are my God and you are who I worship, not food. You are what I want to think about most, not food. You are my sustainer and the provider of my strength, not just food." Amen.

Also the word itself is ironic; maybe it can cause God to act faster on behalf of your prayers. He still may not grant our requests, but the odds are higher that he will I think when we fast. Consider fasting for a bit. When you are weak then you are strong, because you stop leaning on yourself and you start to lean on God. Amen! May God bless you!

Happy New Year to All!

Well I thought maybe World War 3 had broken out tonight, but no, it was just people in our neighborhood area shooting off guns about every couple seconds from 9pm to midnight lol actually scared me there for a bit though. Only in Texas....lol Happy New Year to you all.  May God bless you!  And may this next year be your best year ever!  Amen.  God bless!
