I think the older we get we start to eat more healthy by default, because our bodies start falling apart and can’t handle junk food like they used to. :) Like any fat in food makes me nauseous. Too much salt in food now gives me chest pain, because salt is bad for high blood pressure. And sugar of course causes tons of cavities. :( So if we want to be happy, we realize we need to cut out as much sugar, salt and fat as we can from our diets. :) God bless!

My Poem for my Hubby
My strong stallion, he's my man.
He works hard till the end.
I'm always so proud of him.
The best dad in the world.
The finest man on the earth.
What more could a woman want? :)
He's the only one for me.
Forever and to the end.
He's the most adorable thing on the planet
When he dances and gets silly.
He's the most talented comic I've ever seen.
He always gets us things we need and never complains.
He's the most amazing person I had ever met.
I will love you forever Ben!
