The blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is to reject God and His Spirit so much as to say it is Satan and not God. It is NOT the same thing as testing the spirits.
God commands us to test the spirits, to reason out our faith, to be wary of false teachers and false doctrines.
It would grieve God's Spirit more to let yourself be deceived by an evil spirit, than to inadvertently quench God's Holy Spirit.
