God or Satan?

 Is anyone like Jesus? No. He died for us all. He gave it all up for us. Is there anything we shouldn't be willing to do for him? Do we all not owe him everything? 

It is easier to believe that he didn't exist, because then you don't owe him anything. You can live to only serve yourself, and that is the easy way out. You want an easy life? Then of course, don't believe in God or Jesus. Those of us who know it's true that Jesus died for us know that we owe God our entire lives, so we feel compelled to pay him back. But of course, if you don't think Jesus died for you, you don't owe him anything. 

People in the world think Christians are taking the easy way out. They say God is a crutch. God isn't just our pillow, he is our master and our Lord. All of you might not realize it, but if you don't worship God, your loyalty is to Satan. Satan is your Lord. You think you are your own Lord, but no, it is Satan. All people are either ruled by God or by Satan. You would really rather be under Satan's "protection" then God's? You aren't taking the easy way out to not owe God anything, because then you owe Satan. He is your daddy instead of God. He is your master. 

The Bible calls Satan the ruler of this world.  That is why the world is so messed up. That is why so many people are lost and so evil. Yes God is a crutch, and our helper in times of need, but why would you not want that? Wouldn't you want an umbrella to hide under to protect you from Satan? But hey, if you want to walk out in the field when demons are shooting all over the place, go ahead. I would rather be safe by my Savior's side, and that is where I will stay until I die. 

Thank you Jesus for protecting me. I owe you everything. Anything you need, I will do.
