The less people you have in your heart, the better your life will be and the greater your peace will be. If you care about the whole world, you will go crazy. You have to shut some people out sometimes. Just worry about yourself for a season.
Love can be nice but so many of us can love too much. If you love too much you will go insane. You have to pull back. Reevaluate if they are worth giving your emotions to. Most people are not. Who is worth you getting stressed out over? If they stress you out all the time, they deserve to not be in your heart anymore.
The only being that fully should be in your heart is God. Everyone else is stupid really. They will only hurt you. If you worship people you can never worship God. Only worship God. No human being will ever, ever deserve for you to worship them, so don't do it. God alone deserves your entire heart. Keep every human person on the outside. Unless you want to go crazy. 😁
