How to Help the Next Generation of America

The next generation of America needs help. Sorry if you are in your 20's or younger and reading this, but since the inception of MTV, many, many children have been corrupted. The internet, in some ways, hasn't helped in this either. Kids these days have gotten, and have access to, way more information that any kid should. They have grown up way faster than any kid should. We, as the somewhat older generations, need to help bring America back to its moral roots. Here are some tips on how to get involved with and help the next generation of America.

Steps

Consider getting a job with kids. If you are retired, how little it pays, which it usually does, won't matter. Or if you are not the primary income earner in your home, you might be able to afford it also. Work at kids summer camps, in pre-schools, or in after school programs with children.
Try to give advice when you can to the children you work with or that are in your family/extended family. Help them to make good choices in life. Tell them your stories so that maybe they can learn from your mistakes. Tell them what not to do, but also tell them what you wish you would have done etc.
If you are looking for a higher salary paying job, consider becoming a child counselor. Kids more than ever need good counselors in school etc., since parents have become more absent from their child's lives due to mom's working etc.
If you go to church, lead a Sunday school class or a small group for children or teens. Teach them everything you know. Mentor them, encourage them, help them.
Make YouTube videos teaching the gospel or what good moral behavior is in general. And make them interesting. Where do the youth of America mostly spend their time now? YouTube. Go to where they are and try to influence them with teaching videos or whatever creative thing you can think of.
If you have musical talents, try becoming a Christian song artist. We need more good Christian song writers and artists that kids can really look up to, instead of looking up to secular artists and stars.
If you are on Facebook, post more than just religious pictures, if you are religious. Write things that might be helpful to people younger than you.

Tips

In working with kids, don't try to come down to their level. Kids need adults to act like adults. Be mature but still be fun at the same time.

Warnings

This is especially important for men, but never put yourself in a situation where you are alone with a child. There are too many cases of child molestation these days. You don't want to open yourself up for possible accusations. But that doesn't mean don't work with kids at all. Just have caution about things when you do.
