Love is a reflection. The degree to which another loves you is the degree to which you love them. It is a reciprocal effort. You do something and then they do something to help the love grow. It is like riding a tandem bike. You both work together to stay together. You both put some effort in to build the love. As long as you both see the rewards of love, you both will make the effort to keep it going.
