I keep most people at arm's length
I feel it gives me more strength
The more reserved you are
The less emotional you feel
When you let people in a lot
If they hurt you it's a like a shot
To your chest with a bullet
And you fall on the ground
If you stay aloof and cool
You never are or feel like a fool
Don't let the bad people in
Then your emotion they win
You have to keep your wits about you
Don't go crazy or feel blue
They probably aren't worth it
