Persecution

From my husband:

"I just want to say this; if you're in an office with a lot of guys that work with you and they all get together and look at porn on some guy's phone, just because someone walks out and refuses to look at it doesn't mean he's gay.  It could just mean he believes the Bible and wants to be a better man than that.  It could just mean that he takes his commitment to his wife more seriously then they do."

Amen! :)

Don't let the world try to pressure you into sin.  Don't let them pull you down to their level.  Male co-workers might tease a Christian in this way because his light shines on their darkness.  Darkness always wants to put out the light.  They love their darkness.  They want to hide in the darkness.  When light comes along, they hate it.  The world will persecute us because it did Jesus.  Don't let that discourage you and stay strong.  :)

"On the topic of homosexuality and for people who are gay, I don't think that condemning them is going to help them love God more.  I don't think that's going to in any way help Gods perfect will for them to come about.

God's perfect will for someone who is gay is for them to be set free from all bondage through a relationship with him.  I know alot of people in church may point to verses in the Old Testament but Jesus said 'he who is forgiven much, loves much.'  The more a person experiences Gods forgiveness and love, the more that person will love God."

Yes it is God's kindness that leads us to repentance.  :)

Christians really need to stop being so mean to people who struggle with homosexuality.  A struggle with homosexuality is the same as an alcoholic craving alcohol, or someone who struggles with overeating eating a box of donuts in one sitting.  All are just as evil in God's eyes.  No sin is better or worse than another.  Sin is sin.  I love the quote, "Don't judge someone else just because they sin differently than you."  We are all guilty before God for something.  We all have our own struggles.  So before you look at the speck in someone else's eye, take the plank out of your own eye.  Amen?  Amen. :)

God bless!
