What I wish someone told me when I was younger,
Start saving now
Pay off a car and keep it forever
Avoid fanatic church people
Only have one kid
Don't buy a brand new house
Date for a month before you hook up
Don't ever let other people take your kid to their house
Don't go to the Caribbean. It's dirty.
College will not matter all that much.
Be confident. It makes you more attractive.
