How Many Kids?

I think one reason most parents have multiple kids is because they worry one of their kids will die or get paralyzed. 😲😔 The problem is though, the more kids you have, the greater risk of bad things happening to each of them. 😪

They can hurt each other. You can't focus on each one individually for very long. One kid might dare another kid to do something stupid and dangerous. Or one just wants to prove he is just as cool as his brother so he does risky things. They compete for their parents favor, so they try to one up each other often.

I like the verse, "As iron sharpens iron so one man sharpens another." That verse is about siblings, I would say. They may make you sharper, but it hurts. 😂

With multiple kids you get jealousy, competition, pushing each other down due to jealousy. The more kids, the more fighting over toys or food. Favoritism always happens when there is more than one. One kid feels special and the rest feel jealous and hate the special one. What did Joseph's brothers do? They tried to kill him. 😳

So in light of all that, parents who only have one kid are the smartest. As long as that one kid stays alive and healthy, it is the best possible life a parent can have. 😁
