Get Skinny

 If you want to lose weight, here are some ideas for you. 

Go on a walk every day. Pick up trash if you see it. You will burn more calories and make your neighbors more happy. 

Drink coffee every time you feel hungry. Your body digests it a lot easier than food and it fills you up. Often when we feel hungry, we are actually just thirsty. 

Only eat bread products once a day. Mainly eat food from every other food group. 

When you eat, especially at night, have string cheese. It is easy and simple. It makes you feel full right away. And there is no sugar so it won't keep you awake. 

Spend half of your allotted spending money each week on home decor items instead of food. If you have $200 a week to spend on groceries, don't spend it all on food, unless you really should. Some people should buy less random things and focus on just buying food. Others should buy less food and more random things to make them happy. It is not just food that will make you happy. :)

Eat more chicken and less junk food. Eat protein. Get avocadoes. Make smoothies. Put ice cream in them if that makes you want to make them more. At least you get your daily fruit needs. Most people develop a sweet tooth due to never eating fruit. Eat fruit, then you won't crave candy or soda all day. 

Good luck losing weight. I know it can be hard, but if you believe you can do it then you can.
