How to Stay Joyful

 Instead of coffee, eat dark chocolate and drink cherry juice for more energy. 

Toast your bread for sandwiches. 

Listen to Justin Bieber's music. 

Watch more good movies. 

Avoid negative, controlling and critical people. 

Adopt a pet. 

Lay down anytime you can. 

Get outside at least once a day. 

Keep your house clean. 

Reward yourself with buying 2 happy things each week. 

Brush and floss your teeth twice a day to stay out of the dentist office.

Do something you enjoy every day. Whatever you feel your calling is. 

Stay at peace with everyone you know. 

Forget the past, if you can. Remembering it too much will only depress you, because you can't change it. 

Don't think about the future too much. You could die tonight and not be in the future. 

Make amends with those you can make amends with. Sometimes though, it is not wise. 

Don't lie or cheat or steal. Honor the Sabbath day. 

Try to be around young people at work or at home. 

Decorate your house with bright colors. Make every room its own color. 

Get lots of indoor fake flowers and plants.
