I just watched a genius movie called The Gambler. It made me think about how some parents do a horrible job raising their kids. The mom gave her son 260K in the movie to cover his gambling debts. Don't ever give your kid tons of money for stupid reason, unless you want them to keep being stupid.
Parenting is the most important job in the world. We were all raised by parents and we are who we are because of our parents. The parents that you have can definitely make or break you. If you don't raise your kids well, they will never grow up, and they will probably have to live with you your entire life. It is hard to force a child to grow up though. I know, I let my oldest girl wear diapers until she was 4. In every stage of life growing up can be hard because to grow involves change. Most people hate change. They want things to stay the same forever. This is why break ups are hard or getting fired from a job etc. But if you never change, your life never improves.
If you baby your child forever, they will stay a baby forever. They will whine and complain like a baby. They won't ever man up and learn to be tough. If you set boudaries then your kids will grow up faster. May God give you all wisdom in raising your kids. God bless. :)
