Remember that movie when we were all kids, Earnest Scared Stupid? It seems like the whole world is scared stupid now, and they have been for about 2 years now. When will the madness end? When will people stop running around like a chicken with its head cut off?
Maybe one reason people got like that was after the Stay at Home push. Then people lost their jobs after staying home, or their place of work shut down permanently. Then people were wondering what to do for work. But hey, calm down. There are always other jobs. At least for awhile there will be.
Don't let fear make you stupid. I saw fear make my ex husband really stupid. Every time he drove around he thought he was being "followed." I tried to keep telling him his life wasn't a movie. He thought his phone was being hacked all the time. It was all just in his head. When you let fear take a hold of you, you can believe all kinds of crazy things. Your mind can play tricks on you. If you think someone is going to break into your house, every little noise can give you a panic attack. You convince yourself that your reality is worse then it is.
"The mind can make a heaven of hell or a hell of heaven." You can be convinced that your house is hell itself and that everyone you know is a demon. But why go there? Why do that to yourself? How about instead you think of your house as heaven and everyone you know as an angel. There you go. That's better. :)
Stay in peace. Stay sane. Stay positive. "According to your faith it will be done to you."
What you have faith in is what you will Cause to happen. If you think everyone hates you, you probably will cause them to hate you. First you believe it, and then you make it happen.
If you think everyone loves you, they will love you, because you will inspire that confidence in yourself. You will make yourself more lovable.
When you think people hate you, you start to think, "Oh well I've already lost. So why try to make them like me anymore? No matter what I do they will hate me." And you give up. You stop trying to cause them to like you. You shoot yourself in the foot. You walk out on a job or a relationship because you think it's beyond repair. You think their opinion of you is already shot, so you give up trying to change it. You give up on them because you think they gave up on you, but maybe they didn't. Maybe they still believe in you. So you should still believe in yourself.
Don't give up. Don't believe those lies that Satan is feeding you. You are awesome. People love you. You are LOVEABLE. Don't give up on yourself. You can do great things. God can and will bless you. You deserve it. You are one of God's best creations, if you act like you are. :) You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. You are smart. You are kind. You can be a wonderful person. You have the potential to do anything you want to do. Whatever you want, you can make it happen. All you need is a little faith.
Hang in there. This too shall pass. You will feel better tomorrow. Take a nap. Rest your mind. Play some happy music. You will feel bright and cheery again soon. Just believe.
