If you have a lot of anger, which most of us do, consider writing a book similar to my book. It is probably the best therapeutic tool anyone could do. At first I wasn't sure of everything that I might write about, but the topics just kept flooding into my mind. It can be very helpful to get it all out. What are all the things that you are angry about? Don't let it stay bottled up inside of you forever. It might explode, if you don't let it out in some way. Write about it. Write out all the things that you have always felt angry about. It can be very healing for you.
